Privacy policy
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit ferra.tools. In short: what you type into the tools never reaches a server, and the only personal data ever involved is what the hosting provider logs and what advertising providers collect when ads are shown.
Data you enter into the tools
The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The text, numbers and files you use in them are not transmitted, not stored, and not accessible to us at any point.
If a future tool ever needs to send data to a server in order to work, that will be stated clearly on that tool's page before you use it.
Technical data about your visit
The site is served through Cloudflare, which logs technical request data (IP address, user agent, date and time) for security and for operating the delivery network. This is the standard processing performed by any hosting provider.
Advertising and cookies
This site currently shows no advertising: no ad script is loaded and no advertising cookie is set. What follows describes what will happen once it is switched on, so that you can read it beforehand rather than afterwards.
Once it is switched on, advertising will be served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent will be requested before any non-essential advertising cookie is set. From then on you can change your choice from the “Privacy settings” link in the footer, which appears together with the ads, and turn off personalised advertising in Google’s ad settings.

Local storage
The site stores exactly one thing in your browser's local storage: that you have already dismissed the notice offering the other language, so that it is not shown again. It is not a cookie, it identifies nobody, it never leaves your device, and clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Your rights
Because no user database is kept, there are no accounts or profiles on our side to access, correct or delete. For data processed by Google as the advertising provider, those rights must be exercised with Google under its own privacy policy.
If you have any question about this policy, you can write to the site's contact address.
